A youngster among cities, the City of Dunwoody was officially incorporated in December of 2008. Nestled in the northern portion of DeKalb County, Dunwoody features many of the metro-areas top dining, shopping, schools and recreation. Dunwoody’s major neighborhoods include Dunwoody Village, the historic heart of the community; Perimeter Center, located around Perimeter Mall; Georgetown, one of the areas most walkable areas; Williamsburg, filled with centralized shopping and dining; and Tilly Mill, home to Georgia Perimeter College and Brook Run Park.
AtlantaBen would live on…
“My wife and I chose to live in Dunwoody in 2007 because both of our offices were in the Sandy Springs area. We were so spoiled with a short commute, that when we learned my office would be moving near the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, we decided to begin looking in central Atlanta neighborhood so I wouldn’t have to make a major adjustment.
We were referred to Ben and his team by a coworker of mine, and we are so glad we worked with him to both look for a new home and sell our Dunwoody property. While we didn’t end up purchasing our new home through Ben’s team, they did a fantastic job selling our Dunwoody home very quickly. First, he made several recommendations for cleaning, inexpensive upgrades and some slight changes to make our home more marketable. Second, he had a knowledgeable “stager” and photographer come through and arrange the home to ensure we highlighted its attributes in the best way possible. Finally, Ben’s team marketed the house very effectively. Interested parties scheduled nearly 20 showings in the first few days, and in less than two weeks we had our first offer. We achieved nearly 100% of our original asking price, and more importantly, we had piece of mind that Ben’s team would get the deal done correctly.
We would highly recommend Ben for both selling and buying a home in Atlanta. We were highly impressed with his selling strategy and his professional and prompt correspondence. Let us stress the PROMPT nature of his correspondence, because it was probably what most impressed us. We both travel a lot for work, so often times we’re emailing and calling at odd hours. Ben or someone from his team were available on most days, and not only responded, but responded thoughtfully about our unique needs and requirements. We hope we don’t have to move anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll be calling AtlantaBen immediately.”
