Old Fourth Ward
The Old Fourth Ward, or O4W, is one of Atlanta’s hottest, up-and-coming neighborhoods. The area is best known as the location of the Martin Luther King, Jr. historic site but has garnered national attention for its redevelopment in recent years. The New York Times called it “a cradle of culinary and artistic innovation and a symbol of gentrification.” New additions to the neighborhood include the Atlanta Beltline, Historic Old Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Market (originally the home of Sears and Roebuck), Krog Street Market and the transformation of Edgewood Avenue into a hotspot for restaurants and nightlight. O4W offers loft living, single family residences and the new ‘Flats’ at Ponce City now available for lease (at a premium!). Big things are happening in the area making it a wonderful option for intown living, still with a little bit of street cred.
AtlantaBen would live on…
“We not only bought a home with Ben, but he helped us list our rental property at the same time too. He is incredibly easy to work with, and always made time for the many questions we had. We even joked with him about not having other clients, because he did such a great job of making us feel like his top priority. His knowledge and experience led us to finding a “needle in a haystack” home in our preferred neighborhood, and we were under contract a day after it was listed. Not only is Ben super-friendly and easy-going, but he knows his stuff and we’d recommend him any day!!”
