Located just north of the I-285 perimeter, Sandy Springs is its own incorporated city. The area boasts more than 20 miles of shoreline along the Chattahoochee River, 11 parks citywide and its own thriving business center. You can’t miss what are fondly referred to as the king and queen building from the highway.
While not technically intown living, Sandy Springs has become a popular home for families due to strong school systems (both public and private), lower home prices, larger lots and its proximity to the great outdoors. The Chattahoochee River offers hiking and biking trails, kayaking, paddle boarding and tubing… fondly referred to as “Shooting the Hooch.”

“I highly recommend Ben, he made the stressful process of finding a house easy and not in a single moment we felt pressure to take an action. It felt he was there to find something we loved and the sales was a consequence. Ben was also very helpful in guiding us through the post offer process all the way to closing. He was highly responsive and provided honest comments and feedback.”
