“My wife and I chose to live in Dunwoody in 2007 because both of our offices were in the Sandy Springs area. “I have completed the “full-cycle” home-ownership process with Mr. Benjamin McKenzie. I initially purchased my home in 2010 with Ben and met him when I inquired about a house that was listed. “I had zero experience in buying or selling real estate when I was referred to Ben by another realtor, so I can’t judge Ben against any other personal experience, only against my expectations about the process.
Ben made me feel like I was his only client. When he showed me places, it was evident that he had really been paying attention when we talked about what I was looking for as a first time home buyer. He knew the areas, knew a lot of the hidden dangers/pitfalls in older houses, he knew what would help or hurt resale values.

“Let me start by saying our process experienced a major hiccup towards the end, and throughout the entire process, AtlantaBen provided the highest level of service as a Realtor that I have seen.
